“I wanted to take the time to thank you and your newsletter staff for the fine job you do on our customer newsletter.  I’m not sure how you do it, but you continually find interesting and contemporary information pertinent to our industry.  We definitely could not accomplish this in house.  I personally find much of the content informative for my own needs.  We have had customers inquiring about certain services we offer based on highlighted stories contained in our newsletter – services they didn’t even know we offer.  Lastly, I particularly like the Presidents (my) message I could not express in my own words that which you convey in earnest which somehow mirror my own thoughts and feelings.
