Meet the ladies behind Business Calls
For over 20 years Donna West and Kelly Gillis have been writing newsletters and articles for the telephone answering service industry.
Donna has received the ATSI President's Award for her contribution of Answer OnLine, the official ATSI e-zine. Kelly has received accolades for her graphic design of Tails of Hope newsletters and calendars.
In an endeavor to better educate and support the working relationship between telephone answering services and the clients they serve, Donna and Kelly bring their experience and extensive knowledge in a publication format.

All newsletters are published in full color, in PDF format and distributed electronically to the subscriber.
